Refund policy

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?

 

Items eligible for return must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and include all original tags and packaging.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

 

No returns are NOT free.
The customer is responsible for both payment and shipping of returns. Brawn Athletes does not assume responsibility for lost packages. It is advised to keep proof of postage.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

ARE THERE ANY ITEM(S) THAT I CANNOT RETURN?

 

Please note that we do not accept returns for mouthguards, socks, and items marked as final sale. Mouthguards and socks are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns, and final sale items are non-returnable due to clearance conditions.

CAN THE ITEM(S) BE EXCHANGED?

 

Brawn Athletes does not provide traditional exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item must initiate a return. After the return is authorized, they will be refunded and can then place a new order for their desired item on our website.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

 

Refunds are processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) at our warehouse.

 The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

 Be aware that it may take up to five additional working days for the refund to be reflected in your account after processing.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT!

If you have received a faulty product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within seven days of the delivery date.
